The GAM Foundation packed up its piano and black ties and settled in at the grandiose Capitol Theatre this year for its annual Jazz SLC series. And with the move came one incredible season, which included Frank Vignola, New York Voices and Jane Monheit. The season closes with the Caribbean melodies of composer/pianist Michel Camilo, joined by master conguero Giovanni Hidalgo and bassist Charles Flores to play their sweet, mango-flavored tunes from the 2011 release Mano a Mano.
