Ingredients
4 Pounds of Potatoes sliced 1/8th inches thick
1 Pound of sausage
Butter
Garlic
4 Cups of Milk
4 Cups of Heavy Cream
6 oz Grated Cheese
Nutmeg
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
1 Red Bell Pepper
Directions Grease a Dutch oven with butter and rub a peeled garlic around it. Add
the potato slices and season generously with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Mix the milk and cream and pour over the potato slices to cover.
sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with butter. Throw some sausage on
top. Bake for an hour. Melt some more cheese on top. garnish with
parsley and serve.
