If you prefer your Mexican food a little les franchise-y, check out the newly opened Tiburon Grill. The owner is Diego Lopez, who from 1994-1998 ran one of my all-time favorite Salt Lake City Mexican eateries, Cenaduria Mexico. The Tiburon Grill is located at 919 S.
