Isn’t it telling that in an article about father’s rights [“Disposable Dad,” April 25, City Weekly], we still refer to it as “visitation.” He is a parent, not a visitor. The bias is that embedded in the system. One of the changes that needs to take place is that we start thinking of it as a co-parenting schedule.
