All sushi is made when you order it (these chefs refuse to pre-roll) to ensure freshness and quality. Sushi options include the Vegas roll, sunshine roll, Cruzin roll, veggie roll and more, and custom orders are welcome. Teriyaki bowls come bursting with rice, vegetables and your choice of meat, drizzled with a sweet and sticky sauce. For a real treat, try the sweet-potato “fries,” which are tempera-coated sweet potatoes fried till perfectly crispy and served with spicy mayo dipping sauce.
