One entry per person. You may be asked to provide a valid picture ID to claim prizes. Multiple entries will be discarded and disqualified.

City Weekly does not sell your information to third-parties.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded and as-is.

By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name.

Participant also agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless City Weekly/Copperfield Publishing from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages or proceedings, including but not limited for death (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to Prizes and any other matter in connection with a Participant’s participation in the Contest(s).

By completing and submitting an Entry Form and/or any other Contest Documents, the Participant agrees to be bound by these rules.
