Every city should have some idiosyncratic dive bars, and City Limits is Provo’s. An unpretentious hangout for either a night out with friends or to be left alone to nurse a beer, City Limits usually hosts a post-college crowd, though anyone can find their spot at the bar or karaoke machine.
