From its Library Room, featuring a roaring fire and book-lined shelves, to the Garden Room, with its slate floor and wicker chairs, Carvers can accommodate groups of 20 or 200. Carvers specializes in steaks, Prime rib and tempting seafood selections, and the hand-cut meats are cooked on a French broiler. The 18-ounce bone-in rib-eye is a surefire hit, and the coconut shrimp and basil-mustard salmon are also tempting.
