Folk Songs for Climate Justice
CD Release Benefit Concert
Saturday, Feb. 2
The environmental advocates of Peaceful Uprising are hosting a concert to benefit the organization’s ongoing efforts for climate justice (see Music Live, p. 40). The concert will feature a whole slew of green-friendly activists and artists performing songs to be released for an upcoming album. 100,000 Homes Community Debrief

The local chapter of the national 100,000 Homes Campaign recently conducted a survey of Salt Lake City’s homeless population about their housing and health needs. On Feb. 5, the 100,000 Homes Campaign will offer a debriefing on the findings.
