If you’re bored with just sour cream, butter, chives and Bac-Os on your spuds, then give the loaded potatoes at Brixton’s a try. They come traditionally baked, sliced or smashed, with toppings such as Texas chili, pulled pork, chili verde, Hawaiian barbecue, Thai curry, pot roast and veggies. And yes, you can also get your potato “ just baked”—an Idaho russet with butter, sour cream and chives; sorry, no Bac- Os.
