This weekend, learn about LEED building standards, Utah’s political battles over clean energy and the healthy basics of raw food nutrition at the 2012 EarthWell Festival.
The EarthWell festival is about celebrating everything that keeps your body and the planet you live off of healthy and well. Experts on holistic, nutritional and personal health share the stage and festival grounds with experts on energy politics and green building. Saturday, advocates from HEAL Utah will join a panel discussion about clean energy in the state, as well as the science of climate change and the art of Utah politicos' climate-change denying.
Sunday, a panel will discuss green-building trends, and keynote speaker Don Tolman, “the Whole Food Medicine Cowboy” will give a talk on “Today's Three Major Revolutions: Self-Care, Self Education and Self Government.”
