Salt Lake City is looking for volunteers to help redraw the city’s political boundaries. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves to make sure SLC’s political map unites instead of divides its neighborhoods, then sign up now!
The Salt Lake City Council and Mayor’s Office are putting together a special Working Group of seven volunteers who will take public input and offer boundary recommendations to the council, for council districts as well as for school districts. Volunteers will be expected to meet at least once a month starting in September and likely concluding in December.
Sign up here if you got what it takes to help draft your city’s political future. Applications will be accepted through Aug. 15
