Legislature to Discuss Nursing Homes and other Care Facilities

Posted // 2011-06-27 - An interim committee meeting of the Legislature will discuss reporting requirements tomorrow for nursing homes and other care facilities Tuesday morning.
The Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee will meet Tuesday to discuss the state of reporting requirements incumbent upon nursing homes and assisted-living facilities. Representatives of the state office of the Long-term Care Ombudsman, Adult Protective Services and others will be on hand to discuss the issue.
The meeting is free and open to the public.
