Apparently, Edward Davies was "an enthusiastically anti-religious scientist" whom the Mittster (with the blessing of wife Ann Romney) had baptized for the dead in grand Mormon fashion 14 months after his death.
After a nice long rant on atheism not being a religion, Maher performed this reversal ceremony (the unbaptism begins at 3:36):
