A summer special returns that allows visitors a discounted opportunity to enjoy the many pleasures of Thanksgiving Point ---

Beginning today (Aug. 7), Two-Buck Tuesdays in August at Thanksgiving Point will feature $2 admission to all attractions: Thanksgiving Point Gardens, the Children's Discovery Garden, Farm Country and the Museum of Ancient Life (admissions to each are separate). Regular adult admissions are $10 for most attractions, which makes for a tidy family savings. Those $2 Tuesdays will also feature additional savings on selected meals, cooking classes and other treats.

Particularly noteworthy this summer is the opportunity to catch the San Francisco Exploratorium exhibit The Science of Listening at the Museum of Ancient Life, an interactive opportunity to learn about what conversations might be worth eavesdropping on, or how you could navigate yourself out of a dark area using only your hearing. The exhibit runs through June 2013, but a Two-Buck Tuesday could be a terrific opportunity to bring the family for a bargain price.
