On Saturday, Oct. 27, Faustina restaurant will host an Oktoberfest beer brunch featuring Epic brews, the X96 Radio From Hell crew and the incomparable cooking of executive chef Billy Sotelo.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with beer mimosas. And then, the four-course menu and beer pairings look like this:
Course One: Peach crepes with mascarpone cheese, Utah peaches and Grand Marnier glaze + Epic Brainless on Peaches
Course Two: Beer and herb-poached eggs, pancetta disc, polenta and sliced avocado + Epic Fest Devious
Course Three: Brown-sugar-braised pork belly, pumpkin gnocchi, quail egg & apple gastrique + Epic Imperial Pumpkin Porter
Course Four: Dark chocolate and raspberry pot de creme with pistachio scone + Epic Big Bad Baptist Imperial Stout
Brunch begins at noon. The cost is $20 per person, plus $20 for the optional beer pairings.
