Friday Take-home Dinners @ Pinon

If you're looking for a night off from cooking, Pinon Market & Cafe can help. Each week, Pinon offers Friday-night takeout-dinner meals, all packaged to go with complete instructions for reheating at home.  

Owner/chef Victoria Topham and her crew prepare Friday-night dinners that alternate from week to week between meat and vegetarian. They are perfect for a date night or family night at home when you'd prefer to (mostly) stay out of the kitchen.

The dinners are priced at $25 for a dinner that serves 2 adults, and food for 2 kids can be added for an additional $10. Orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on Thursday.

Feb. 24: Sweet potato, spinach and goat-cheese crepes with seasonal vegetables and dessert

March 2: Beef lasagna with Caesar salad and rolls

March 9: Tomato-ricotta tart with wilted greens and toasted baguette
