Grape New West Bistro will host a wine dinner showcasing the wines of Argentine
producer Luigi Bosca. This will be an informal, “free form” wine dinner, where
attendees can be seated at their convenience, anytime between 6 and 9 p.m.
In attendance to mingle with guests, talk about the wines and answer queries will be Luigi Bosca Winery’s Hugo Stabia and Debbie Lane, owner of wine-import company Testa Wines in New York City.
Menu items include an organic lettuce and goat cheese salad paired with La Linda Vineyard Torrentes; wood-grilled salmon with forest mushrooms and fennel pollen paired with El Paraiso Vineyard Pinot Noir Reserva; La Linda Vineyard Malbec Reserva with pepper-crusted bavette steak and chimichurri; and, for dessert, The Gala 3 (a gorgeous blend of Viognier, Chardonnay and Riesling) with grilled peaches and cinnamon ice cream.
The cost for the dinner is $35 for food and $30 for the optional wine pairings, per person. For reservations, phone 801-746-5565.
