Posted // 2011-06-19 - Kiler Grove Winery, Salt Lake City's first urban winery, will team up with Metropolitan restaurant for a special Meet the Winemaker dinner this Wednesday, June 22, at the Metropolitan. Winemaker Michael Knight and Metro's Karen Olson will be on hand to discuss the wines and wine pairings.
Kiler Grove produces handcrafted, single-estate wines made from Paso Robles grapes. The evening will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a 5-course dinner at 7. The cost is $45 per person for dinner and $30 for the optional wine pairings. The dinner menu is as follows:
