On Wednesday, November 10, from 5 to 7 PM, Spencer's for Steaks & Chops will host a meet and greet reception and wine tasting with Judd Finkelstein of Judd's Hill Winery. Among the wines to be sampled (1/2 glasses) are Judd's Hill Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Passed hors d'oeuvre include ahi tartar, goat cheese mousse and beet crostini, lamb chop with charred rosemary and cippolini, and braised Kobe beef ribs with house-cut fries and black garlic aioli.
