On Saturday night, July 31st at 6:30 PM, St. Bernard's restaurant at Solitude will be hosting a 5-course dinner with wine pairings from Snake River Winery.
Some of the dishes executive chef Matt Barrigar will be preparing include steamed clams, Utah corn succotash, chilled borscht, smoked Snake River Farms pork loin, fennel and pollen-crusted diver scallops and rosemary panna cotta.
