Next Wednesday, Dec. 4, Martine Cafe will host a unique wine dinner featuring the foods and wines of Italy's Sardinia region.
The wines being featured are from Argiolas Estate, a family-owned winery that utilizes only grapes native to the island of Sardinia.
Martine Chef Tom Grant will prepare a special three-course dinner menu of Sardinian food to complement the three Argiolas wines being poured: Costamolino Vermentino di Sardegna DOC 2011; S'elegas Muragus di Cagliari DOC 2012; and Perdera Monica di Sardegna DOC 2010.
Barb Wedig of Winebow wine importers will be on hand to discuss and answer questions about the Argiolas wines.
