Last week, the Davis County Prosecutor's office formally charged Andy
Esquivel with two 3rd degree and one 2nd degree felony count of
securities fraud. A $10,000 warrant has been issued for his arrest. The state fraud case number is 111701135.

"John Steer", I hate to be the one to point this out to you, but I actually run Napkin Nights' Salt Lake operations. PartyUtah.com and SLCParty.com launched about the same time as Napkin Nights Las Vegas and we decided to partner early last year.
Also, UtahRocker.com is a refresh of PartyUtah.com/community, which launched in 2007...two years before the CityWeekly.net blogs.
UtahRaves.com is really the UTRave.org community that launched back in 1998.
Blogs and social networks are not a new idea. Get a clue!

My bad i agree i just looked at partyutah.com copy of napkinnights utahrocker.com copy of city weekly blogs there all copy cat how sad daryl just goes around stealing and i also can testify that he deleted blogs at utahraves and i also got email that his mom is CEO of xtagged WTF. and no i haven't been to nctrunews but i will soon i will be in court too, my brand is RBL390 at xtagged i am on front page also and yes i have seen MRDDD portal at xtagged all i can say is SHAZAAM LOL and notice all blogger at daryls blog have fake screen names there him i know it. everybody go see MRDDD at xtagged i heard there changing it to a crash dummy so go see it before they do search MRDDD at xtagged see who started MRDDD

So at this point, Andy has threatened to sue John Saltas (owner of City Weekly), Me (owner of PartyUtah.com), most of his victims, and just about everyone in the world who has dared to either speak the truth or allow the truth to be spoken about his various scams.
Let's be clear:
NOBODY is getting sued by anybody here unless Andy's former "investors" decide to press Andy in civil court. The only lawyer currently involved in this case at this time is the Attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission who's eager to pin Andy, Steve, and anybody else involved in the Xtagged.com scam to the wall for securities fraud!
Andy, stop pretending to be everybody else but yourself. You're a pathological liar, a scam artist, an idiot and if you're not careful you'll very soon become a convicted felon.
A little piece of advice: Stay off these blogs and stay quiet until your trial is over or you settle with the government. All you're doing here is fueling the backlash against you and helping to make the Government's case. You didn't steal THAT much money, so maybe you can reach some sort of plea agreement, I don't know. What I DO know is that all the fake lawyers and private investigators in the world aren't going to save you from what's coming. Only Andy Esquivel coming to his senses and deciding to face reality for once is going to save you. These are serious charges you're facing. Own up to that fact and start acting like an adult for your sake and the sake of your kids!
