While Blind Dog has no beer on tap, you can best define this sushi-restaurant-meets-East-Coast-upscale-bar’s class by one of its drinks, the Top Dog margarita, which evokes a Florida beach with its astute mix of Patron Añejo tequila, agave nectar, fresh-squeezed lime and OJ. With the 14-year-old Blind Dog, they’ve built something that is both swanky and yet genteel for the well-heeled in Park City.
