Harvest Menu The Harvest Restaurant—Thanksgiving Point’s fine-dining establishment—is now serving up a new winter menu with a focus on local ingredients. Executive chef Jason Merryweather is putting his unique spin on American classics while incorporating some of the best and freshest ingredients the valley has to offer during the winter months. Starters from the new menu include a savory butternut-squash soup and seasonal salad, made with fresh apples, pomegranate seeds, buttermilk blue-cheese dressing and pecans.
