Beer Week @ Hearth

Specials on locally brewed beers will be featured all week long, as well as menu items specially crafted to incorporate brews into the unique dishes.

During Beer Week Hearth on 25th will offer selected pints for $2, highlighting Utah Brewer's Cooperative beers (Squatters and Wasatch).

Specialty menu items can be enjoyed as a four-course progressive tasting or individually and include:

Seared scallop served with parmesan, black pepper, and Wasatch "Snap Down Header IPL" risotto

Squatters "Wellied Irish Stout" onion soup with smoked gouda and beer bread crostini

Seared shoulder tender of beef wrapped in prosciutto, rubbed with Squatters "Hops Rising Double IPA," Dijon mustard, rolled in puff pastry and baked, served with Gorgonzola parsnip puree and mixed vegetables

Dessert of Squatters "Outer Darkness Imperial Stout" chocolate mousse trio and buttermilk gelato

In addition, Beer Week at Hearth on 25th will wrap up on Friday, March 6th with a live bluegrass performance by The Steel Belts, from 6 to 9 PM. Brewmasters from the Utah Brewers Cooperative will also be on hand to chat about their brews.
