Ax a Mexican

What, are you kidding? What Pam Carson failed to observe while discussing the questionable virtues of the Ask a Mexican column to impressionable school children [“Keep a Mexican,” Letters, Dec. 22, City Weekly] is they are inadvertently learning that it’s supposedly humorous to respond in an obnoxious, demoralizing, racist fashion to get their ideas across.

As far as I’m concerned, this sort of dialogue is one step above using the F-bomb in every sentence to spew venom on the reader. As for my vote, the Mexican can take a hike, and perhaps re-evaluate his communication skills.
