
World Refugee Day
June 17-June 19
Catch the finale to this celebration of Utah’s 30,000 refugees with a documentary film and a weekend fair. On June 17, watch a free film about the Congolese Restoration and listen to (or join in on) a post-film discussion. On Saturday, join a day-long festival with cultural performances and activities like the refugee soccer tournament or the Run for Awareness 3K to benefit women in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Art and Garden Party

Enjoy a garden party and silent art auction on behalf of Alta View Hospital’s Women’s Center, a unique program at the hospital accommodating 24 suites that help facilitate more than 1,800 births a year. Come bid on original works of art and enjoy entertainment and light refreshments.
