Can somebody explain to me why in the hell people who are getting tagged with graffiti that defaces their buildings and fences now must follow an ordinance requiring them to clean up someone else’s act of vandalism?
Why should we be fined for not removing the tags of some low-esteemed individual? Maybe we cannot afford to keep removing this pseudo-art each and every time taggers get a whim to leave their marks somewhere.
