Don't Be the Cause of Road Rage

By City Weekly Readers
Posted // December 12,2012 -

I would like to voice my humble opinion on Utah drivers. Is it necessary to cut off another driver in order to be one car length closer to their destination? Is their life really that important that they can’t wait an extra five seconds? This is often the basis of road-rage incidents and motorcycle accidents.

And how about those all-important “fast-lane police”—those who go the speed limit, and sometimes under, in the passing lane on the freeway. Is it hard to go around them? Sometimes, depending on traffic. This can also trigger someone’s road rage.

The weather is changing, and so should our driving. Drive according to road conditions and be considerate of others. Make time in your day so you don’t have to rush from place to place, especially with winter road conditions.
