In response to your request for reader opinion on syndicated content, I’d like to say that Ask A Mexican and This Modern World are two of the primary reasons I pick up a copy of City Weekly each Thursday.
NewsQuirks is mildly amusing, but I could take it or leave it. Unless I’m extremely curious about the question being posed, I rarely read an entire Straight Dope piece, as it all too often seems like an exercise in verbal convolution. Free Will Astrology is a complete waste of time and space as far as I’m concerned.
I implore you to return Ask A Mexican to the revered pages of your publication and dump something else if you must. And, if all my wishes could come true, I’d wish that This Modern World could return to the larger font size you once used. Have a heart for us senior readers.
