A 1960s socialite (Gretchen Mol) has an affair with a D.C. political figure and befriends her teen-boy neighbor in a not-so-subtle retelling of the John F. Kennedy story paired with a coming-of-age tale. So, you know how it ends.
TrueTV.DVD.BattlestarG_1184.jpg Battlestar Galactica: Season 4.5
The final half of the final season, wherein all of the Cylons are revealed, Earth (or a reasonable facsimile) is found, and fans may or may not be pissed to learn that The Complete Series is also being released on DVD today.
TrueTV.DVD.Dollhouse.jpg Dollhouse: Season 1
Eliza Dushku stars as a programmable “Doll” for hire, playing everything from spy to burglar to pop singer, all of which conveniently require tight outfits and bad attitudes. Meanwhile, the feds (and Fox) are out to shut it down.
TrueTV.DVD.EarlyEdition.jpg Early Edition: Season 2
A Chicago man (Friday Night Lights’ Kyle Chandler) receives tomorrow’s newspaper today, which he uses to save lives rather than play the lottery or spoil The Family Circus. See, kids, in the ‘90s, people read newspapers
TrueTV.DVD.ElCamino.jpg El Camino
Two men and a woman (Mad Men’s Elizabeth Moss) take an East-to-West- Coast road trip of self-discovery, booze, cigarettes and angst to scatter a dead friend’s ashes in Mexico. Not the laugh-riot you’d probably expect.
