Eight “Rules of Conduct” differences between the new City Creek Center and the section of Main Street in front of City Weekly:

8. City Creek Center: No truant students. City Weekly: Wanna be an unpaid intern?

7. City Creek Center: No smoking. City Weekly: Where’s that intern with my smokes?

6. City Creek Center: No loitering. City Weekly: No urinating in the same spot twice.

5. City Creek Center: No distribution of literature. City Weekly: Please urinate in this Now Salt Lake box.

4. City Creek Center: No pets, except dogs. City Weekly: Juggalos must remain on leash.

3. City Creek Center: No open alcohol containers. City Weekly: Drinks must be topped off at all times.

2. City Creek Center: No disorderly conduct. City Weekly: See No. 3 above.

1. City Creek Center: No obscene clothing. City Weekly: Don’t stare directly at Saltas’ Hawaiian shirt.
