Larry Crowne - UNIVERSAL

Larry Crowne
Formerly relevant movie stars Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts star in an elderly love story that probably should have premiered on the Hallmark Channel. Fun factoid: In France, the film was retitled Trop Tard (Too Late). Ha! (Universal)

Being Human: Season 1
Syfy’s passable remake of the British classic, about a vampire, werewolf and ghost trying to fit in with society. The werewolf and ghost are fine; the vampire is an embarrassment to the franchise, and maybe even … Twilight. (E1)

Bellflower
Two buds (sensibly) spend all of their time building flame-throwing Mad Max-style muscle cars in preparation for the Apocalypse—until a hot girl comes along and ruins everything (like they do). Spoiler: No Apocalypse. (Oscilloscope)

Dragon’s Lair: The Complete Series
There was a Saturday-morning cartoon show based on the arcade videogame? See, kids, back in the ’80s, networks ran cartoons on Saturday mornings and people put quarters into machines to play games. Yeah, barbaric. (Warner Bros.)

Mr. Sunshine: Season 1
The romantic workplace comedy about a sports-arena manager (Matthew Perry), his bud (James Lesure), his ex-girlfriend (Andrea Anders) and his wacko boss (Allison Janney) that was too funny for ABC. Well, last year. (Sony)
