Broadway, FaustinaSLC.com) will team up with Epic Brewing Company’s brewmaster Kevin Crompton to host a brunch featuring Epic brews and Executive Chef Billy Sotelo’s special St. Patrick’s brunch menu, from noon to 2 p.m. Menu items and pairings include house-smoked maple salmon with Epic Brainless Raspberries; perogies with spinach, onion and cheddar cream sauce plus Epic Intermountain Wheat Beer; and short-rib hash with peppers, onions, Gruyère, sunny-side eggs and a grilled baguette paired with Epic Barley Wine. For dessert, there will be steel-cut Irish-oat brulee with dried berry & oat granola clusters and Epic Santa Cruz Brown Ale. The four-course menu is $20 for brunch per person, and $20 for the optional beer pairings. Reservations are required (21 and over) and can be made by calling 801-746-4441.
