dirt bags that work there the owner will cuss u out if u complain for there own mistake and in front of a little girl when asked to stop yelled some more then said to get out in other words there JACK======S this is the west valley store 3616  #3

g
what business is this, andy?

the place is Beans & Brews the owner Mark and young guy were the ones using the foul language towards my sister while with a 13yr old girl in front of other guest because she made a complaint they cussed her out told that she was a stupid bitch to get the f--k out there's more that said remember beans & brews w.valley 3616 w. 3500 s. Utah and it was there mistake, FYI my sister is a casting agent and was working on a movie at the time which employees 100's of people that will not be going there word of mouth is the best sales tool. Andy

Hmmmm, I work near this Beans and Brews and have found that they provide great customer service. The owner is usually there, always goes out of his way to say hi and all of the staff are extremely friendly. I have a hard time believing that Andy is not embellishing his experience a bit. I will continue to patronize this Beans and Brews location and would encourage others not to read too much into this. I've personally seen the owner go out of his way to make sure that patrons have a quality experience.

this is a wonderful place to eat

Andy you’re full of crap, yes I don’t mind saying it. With todays economic challenges every customer counts, none of us can afford to turn a good customer away. Do you think selling coffee in a predominantly LDS state at $5.00 a cup is easy? Just keep in mind these people don’t wake up at 4:00 am every morning dragging there butts off to work to brew the best coffee in town just to throw your sister or anyone out and turn away the very dollar they get up that early to make. Maybe you and your sister don’t need any more coffee! And good for you go harass star bucks, there not local they couldn’t care less about you or your community. And as a long time patron of many Beans And Brews and with kids that have worked there I have a hard time believing any of your story.

The survey says that it ends on 3/10 - shouldn't it end on 3/15?

I agree. I have been going to this B & B location for over two years and have had nothing but excellent service. In fact I go there over the one by my house off of 40th West and 41st South. The owners are nothing but amazing and the staff always amazing. Not to call you our or say your story is bogus but I find myself not believing it based on all the great service. I would hate to see a great local business get slandered over some miscommunication.

Uh...so when did this issue become "The Worst of Utah?"

Andy, you're telling the world that the owner of Beans and Brew swore at your sister and threw her out of his store and it was completely undeserved and unprovoked, right? If that's true, then I will never set foot in any Beans and Brew again, not just the West Valley store.

Is is true? Totally unprovoked, undeserved and unexpected?

The reason I ask is because I've known casting agents (Hi, Katrine! Hi, Cate!). They are high-strung, demanding, sometimes arrogant, always stressed-out, always multi-tasking. I saw one I've known very well over the years in a store this past week-end, frantically looking up and down the aisles with a bewildered guy in tow and I avoided her on purpose, just walked the other way. Felt sorry for him. I didn't need the stress or the self-promotional anxiety.

I'm sure your sister is very nice and respectful. If B & B did what you say, they lost me.

your right I am and my sister maybe in the industry she's also a sweet heart she'd give the shirt off her back, maybe buy you one no matter this is outrageous I've been in the food & bev. industry for 35 yrs have never ever cussed at guest and I've work with alot of different types of people and always had a smile on my face( till I was in the back of the house) LOL ! I would not have posted this with my name attached to it Oh they did offer her 10 dollar cert.! Yeah !! thur it away!!!!!!! ps, lost more then just you thank you for your comment

Q4U! BEST BBQ IN UTAH

Without a shadow of doubt, the BEST BBQ is Holy Smoke in Layton, Utah!

Holy Smoke all the Way! Jeff Ray and his flaming boxers over his pants. Such a fun envirnment. He seems to go out of his way when they get busy to let people know they are working on their food!

Thanks Anonymous, Diana & Beck will diffinetly have to try and soon sounds Great! thanks again! Andy (maybe will see ya there)

Forget the rest, and journey to Huntsville to Texas Pride Barbecue for real Texas Style barbecue. This is hands down the best in the west, not just the State.
