Arella in Bountiful specializes in thin-crust, wood-fired pizzas and calzones. Kick off your meal with an order of some of the restaurants bruschetta, garlic bread or chicken wings before jumping into a pizza. Pizza options run the gamut from a traditional Margherita or white pizza to an excellent barbecue-chicken pizza. You can also create your own pizza or calzone from a lengthy list of ingredients, including caramelized onions, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives and brie. The salads are generously portioned, and there’s also beer and wine available. Wonder where the name Arella came from? It comes from “mozzarella,” which features prominently in most Arella pizzas.
