If you consider "ignoring," as 90% solved he is correct, I drive on 400 west quite often and there are literally HUNDREDS of homeless souls wrapped up, sleeping along the lawn covered divider, or lined up hoping for a filling breakfast...IF in fact it is 90% solved, I would have hated to have seen how many we had before solving it.

Could not have said it better. To drive thru Draper, is to drive thru hell....crazy roads, crowded roads, everyone seems to be going somewhere and no where....AND my fishing friend I will be joining soon, and be gone as the fiasco unfolds and the new prison sinks into the quicksand of west Salt Lake.
