Re: “Sex, Death and Videotape: The death of Rebecca Bluff

I also knew Dominique very well. She and I were good friends she when she and her husband lived in Mississauga. She was a wonderful person who adored her husband and was never "held against her will" in any way. I was at the wedding and know how much they loved each other.

The ridiculousness of the accusations that are spewed at Andrew never cease to amaze me. I've been friends with him for nearly 30 years and have been there through all of it, so what I know is not speculation. I've seen it with my own eyes. All I'm left with is incredulity and the glaring truth that those who spread these crazy stories are stupid, mentally ill, or on crack...
or all three.

Re: “Sex, Death and Videotape: The death of Rebecca Bluff

Once again, you are very mistaken. The "evidence" used to convict was entirely innuendo and perjury, with a complete lack of substance from the defense. Why else would the state need to commit 258 felonies in order to achieve and maintain the convictions? These are PROVABLE, by the way, unlike your opinion.

There is far more evidence demonstrating the innocence of Ferosa and Andrew, now including an affidavit from one of the premier forensic pathologists in the U.S., including the ABSOLUTE declaration that no sexual abuse occurred whatsoever, that a blood disorder WAS present (most likely Leukemia), and that the medical examiner didn't follow ANY accepted scientific standards in making her determinations. These are ALL THE WORDS OF THE DR.

You are mis-informed to the extreme. Accusations of wrong doing are simply that. Anyone can accuse anyone of anything but that doesn't make it so. Clearly you don't like Andrew and that's your right, but not liking someone is not indicative of wrong doing, regardless of how much you wish it to be so. Indeed, there are numerous people who know Ferosa and Andrew, including those within the corrections system (both inmates AND staff) who attest that given their character, there is no way they could have committed the crimes for which they were convicted (including one in the comments below). Why is that not enough to have them released? Because people's feelings aren't sufficient to ensure legal action in either direction, that's why. The provable truth IS, and WILL. Your hypothesis of the events you describe are as vacant and as without merit as the ridiculous proceedings that occurred in Utah.

Don't take score at half time. This isn't even close to being over.
