Please, Jack, explain "hypocritical."
I'm no pro like our estimable Mr. Scheffler, but *huge* agreement here. Can't get enough of that crust. The name of the place is Sicilia, though, for those who may want to look for it.
Fair question. Time and resources limited, so we went with something that was better than nothing.
Another piece of evidence for the prosecution, unfortunately. What are we to glean from the placing of "experts" in quote marks -- that those who have accumulated knowledge and experience in *any* subject area are by definition subjects for mockery? And further, that the act of initiating a dialogue about a subject -- and in so doing, perhaps having the audacity to share an opinion differing from the one a reader already has -- is inherently a dismissal of other perspectives? You can have an opinion, but that doesn't mean you've exercised an ounce of discernment. And taking pride in remaining at that level is the kind of tragic anti-intellectualism I'm talking about.
Thank you for your feedback. We can take it as well as we can dish it out.
There's a difference between "not liking my job" and "not enjoying the process of letting someone know I didn't like their work." Anyone who gets off on tearing something down must be miserable in an entirely different way.
