Re: “Utah Beer Fest 2016

I would like to get my REFUNDS!!! I put money into my ticket and there are some money left in it. I sent an email yesterday to City Weekly, but I have not heard from anyone yet. I agree with Tesa that purchasing a ticket and getting my money back have not been easy for me. I feel like I am getting robbed by CITY WEEKLY!!!!!

Re: “Bohemian Rhapsody

Stop telling people what a great place this is.
It's tough enough to get a seat now, much less if others start invading my favorite brewpub.

Re: “King of Fire

Fixing promotional and hiring exams and using a company credit card as your own personal bank card is not the worst thing these so called leaders are guilty of.

Re: “Utah Beer Festival 2016

The Utah Beer festival yesterday was the best one so far. Our group really had a great time. We sampled about 20 different beers to where we couldn't hold any more. "City Weekly" went over board putting this Event together. The Fair Park was really the best place to hold this Party. Many trees and much grass to stay cooler than sitting on concrete.I hope everyone enjoyed the Fest as much as our
Group did. The food the Vendors supplied was excellent also.
Here"s hoping that next year will be as great as yesterday was.

Re: “Utah Beer Festival 2016

Thank you to the volunteers. They were great. The ID checker with blue shirt in the gate by parking lot was really professional and made us all laugh.

Re: “Utah Beer Fest 2016

Worst experience ever! Spent two hours in line for electronic tokens to purchase beer and their entire system was down! Spent my entire experience in line, hot, and thirsty! I requested a refund and waited another 30 mins getting the run around before I was escorted out the gate. Sadly to say that this beer fest was an epic failure and I'm sure their will be plenty more ppl complaining and receiving refunds, or just a crowd of angry people wanting beer standing in line thirsty! Either way it was still s terrible experience!

Re: “Utah Beer Festival 2016

So how does this work? You pay to get in and you try the beers for free? Or do we still pay for the beer itself

Re: “UTA: Transit success or failure

How much did fares get raised on Trax and Frontrunner? Just interested because we are fuming over Honolulu's decision to build a heavy rail commuter train that has been so mismanaged its actually going to END 5 miles short of this intended terminus, just at the beginning of the worst part of the commute into downtown Honolulu. So far its cost us $6.8 billion (not a typo) to build 15 miles of elevated rail line.... with no consideration given how to come up with the $100 million its going to take EVERY YEAR to operate and maintain the line.....

Re: “Fire Starter

Why isn't Scott being required to pay back this money, or better yet- why isn't he in jail? He returns this stuff and all is forgiven? What?

Why is Jensen allowed to stay on as a county councilman when he was clearly misappropriating county taxpayer funds? Get him off the council before he does everything he can to make rank and file guys lives hell in the dept. It was a conflict of interest to begin with to have him in both positions!

The current Assistent Chiefs were all appointed by Jensen to protect him and his grand plan. That are lacking in leadership skills and integrity. That do not know how to make decisions that are best for the department and public safety, but rather are trained to hide selfish schemes. It is not uncommon for one of them to threaten anyone who pipes up and questions a decision. Threats are an every day occurance in this dept. City weekly- there is more to be found. Keep digging.

Re: “Beer Debunked

Homebrewing is a great hobby. Where in the State of Utah can you have a award winning 7% beer for $1 a 12oz bottle? or $2 for a 22oz bomber? After brewing 70+ batches on my brew system, the equipment has paid for itself many times over. You can brew styles you could never get on the warm shelf at the liquor store. The folks at the Beer Nut and Salt City Brew Supply could not be any nicer or more helpful. Give it a try, you won't regret homebrewing.

Can I by a d.d ticket at any of those locations? Or at the gate? If so can the d.d ticket get me in with my group doing the early beer drinker?

Re: “Utah Beer Festival 2016

"Purchase G.A. tickets in person at the following locations" I don't see it at the list, but can I just purchase General Admission tickets on the day of at the festival? Or is the G.A. tickets only available at those particular locations?

Re: “Fire Starter

Reading through all the comments from all the articles, I gather one of them sells illegal steroids, they all cheat on their wives and have plenty of ass on the side, their arrogance is an understatement, and they will never admit they have done anything wrong, because they are all so full of shit and dumb enough to believe their own lies, no conscious and no remorse for what has been done- this is what I have gathered.
I'm personally more shocked that they were given the option to resign instead of being fired. Do you think the public is aware that they get a retirement, that they get to collect checks and continue to rip off taxpayers. Why were they not FIRED? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS? Whoever agreed to a "resignation or mutual separation" is just about a bigger idiot then these arrogant, cheating, drug lords are. Can we get justice or some sort of retribution? Please?

Re: “Smoke Signals

Resigned? Scott and Jensen get to resign and pick up a retirement check- get paid for being complete arrogant a**holes? Why were they not FIRED? C'mon people... This is a joke? Whoever is making these stupid decisions and the fact he gets to keep his pension and continue to do nothing while he continues to rip the taxpayers off- who the hell is letting this continue? WHY WERE THEY NOT ALL FIRED? Who is the idiot/idiots who allowed this bullshit to continue?

Re: “Fire Starter

Instead of him turning in the excessive electronics he purchased, he should have been told, "this is your stuff, you bought it and you're going to pay us back by court order for a fire department doesn't need this many Apple devices and accessories. Through external audit, your expenses will be accounted for and you will pay back the excessive gas, flights, hotels, meals, and extraneous miscellaneous charges you racked up by court order we are seeking and will most likely get since the hard evidence is on record." Instead of being held accountable, he was allowed to skate off scottfree by simply turning in the electronics and resigning. Isn't he still on the hook for the theft and reckless irresponsible spending and doesn't it show a problem he wasn't really a chief nor a leader for he sought out excessive shopping to comfort his deficiency of some personal mental health sort of problem. This is not to mention the work time he spent playing, shopping, and the unnecessary excessive travel not normally required of a fire chief in support of a fire department though maybe they have one or two conventions a year. If I stole from my employer only paying $10 an hour wage with no bennies due to our economy being ran by stingy selfish narcissists heading the top of most organizations in power, so much as $100, I'd have the police called on me, charges brought against me, and probably lose my apartment in the process while $260,000 a year salary wasn't enough for this greedy fat cat thieving from US, the tax payers. What we is nothing less than a broken country system of double standards only favoring the chiefs only there to take all the money from We The People while the honest working people were on call 24/7 as is heard daily by the sirens. The executive bosses mongering over us preventing democracy, efficient economics, and social justice in all fairness? Leaders they are not...

Re: “Circumcision Decision

You don’t really need to go for a surgery to get your butt enlarged, you can simply get your butt and breast enlarged to your very fit with Dr Musson Butt and Breast Enlargement Products. My body shape was not encouraging as at June 2016, it really disturbed my well being a lot, having had so many breakup with guys who will try to manage my body stature, but will later get discouraged as time goes on, I felt bad about this all. My friend noticed the change in my mood always and asked what was wrong; I was forced to tell her because I couldn’t hold my fears of never finding a good shape anymore. She asked me not to worry that I can simply search online for a help which I did, I searched online and saw so many comments about Hip, Butt, Breast enlargement and reduction but I chosed to contact Dr Musson products details on They got back to me some few hours later and we talked for some time, I ordered Dr Musson Breast and Butts Enlargement products and to my greatest astonishment I started noticing some great change in my body shape just within 3 weeks of using his herbal cream products. Am so happy today that Dr Musson has changed my life in just a very short period of time, I now have a very good looking breast and off course LLAARRGGEE butt. Thank you Dr Musson for your help rendered to me, I will always be grateful. You can as well get Dr Musson Enlargement products on
