Bebe, I am not sure what point you are trying to make. You believe that there is only one side to this story? Because she said she was "molested" it is fact? They got her pregnant? She had no knowledge what would happen if she had sex? If you had taken the time to actually read what was written in my comments, it says that while molestation is never okay - it does not justify murder of another human being. Killing an animal raises more concern from citizens, the courts, and the system. What a tragedy! Again, I know personally of several stories and people who have suffered much more and have never committed such acts. Have you considered that maybe the boys accused of "molestation" may also be victims? Would your opinion change because they are boys? Would it be different if Kareena knew she was pregnant and was hiding it from her parents? What if that fact was not given to you in this story? Have you also wondered why this girl is putting her picture and telling this story on the front of a newspaper and suing everyone she knows? How she was mental ill then and she isn't now (only five years later)? I believe I also said shame on the people who did not get her the proper help from the beginning - including sex education - and that would include the parents. (P.S. The boy that got her pregnant is in prison - and took responsibility for the pregnancy - and the way it sounds supported her through the trial despite her claims that she was molested and didn't know it at age 16)

R U kidding me? This girl commits the ultimate sin and claims victory! And then gets this kind of shocking support for it? Shameful. If, like her and her family claim, she was mentally incompetent - aren't you and the parents exploiting her in this article? Clearly if this girl was not mentally ill now she would not be claiming she "won" now. The baby is dead and she has no one but herself to blame. There are plenty of people that were victims of abuse at the hands of others and they don't make the choices she made - the parents are pointing fingers at everybody else to make a buck. There are so many things wrong about case and this article. I am also convinced that there are two sides to every story and that responsible journalism should bear that out. The other side of the lawsuit has wisely decided to have their side heard in court - as this girl should have done. I can't see how this article has done her any favors.

In what world do women get pregnant "all the time and are unaware until delivery"? I'd like the legitimate scientific study on which you rely to make such a remarkable statement. I am a woman, work with family in the medical field (with an obstetrical background) and they disagree with that blatant misrepresentation of fact. Perhaps, proper sex education, fostering communication between parent and child, pre-natal care, and emergency care would have prevented the death of an innocent newborn child and the near bleeding death of the mother of that now dead innocent newborn child.
