6. Pantee M. Shields, drummer for female punk band Stab! (Midol overdose)

5. Monte “Smoove” Nelson III, singer with ’90s boy band 2 Hott 4 U (killed on yacht music video shoot)

4. Gus Wankleton, guitarist for ’90s grunge band Mudfluffer (killed on garbage scow music video shoot)

3. Melinda Sparkles, back-up dancer for Lady Gaga (impaled onstage by metallic unicorn)

2. Jimmy Kreutz, lead didgeridoo player for jam band Funky Cheese (killed in vegetable-oil bus explosion)
