As you may have read in this week's edition of City Weekly, Free Comic Book Day is kind of a big deal, especially to those of us who read them. --- Aside from promoting brands and characters, the day can be used as a great way to bond with your kids (for those of you who have them) as well as promote reading in children who otherwise may not be interested in regular literature. As Bryan Young pointed out, there are a number of shops who will give you a single comic and expect you to purchase more while you're there, others who will let you take a handful, and then there are those who go the extra mile and make this Saturday extra special. For those of you looking for that extra-special, here is as complete a list of locations who are hosting additional activities this Saturday, May 3 for you to enjoy. Hope to see you out there!
