Jim Santangelo and the Wine Academy of Utah will offer a two-part seminar aimed at wine lovers, wine rookies, restaurateurs, servers, and anyone else interested in gaining useful wine knowledge. --- It's called The Executive Wine Series and will take place over two evenings at the Alta Club in downtown Salt Lake City, on Wednesday May 7 and May 14 from 6 to 8 PM.

Part 1 of the Executive Wine Series is "How to Navigate the Restaurant Wine List" - an interactive seminar with wine tastings offered, but not required.

Part 2 is "Tasting Wine Like a Pro" - a seminar introducing the building blocks of wine tasting, terminology, and techniques used to assess and evaluate wine. Again, tastings will be available but not mandatory.

The cost for The Executive Wine Series is $225.00 per person. Register online by clicking here or call 801-486-9463 for more information and details.
