On Tuesday, April 8th, Boulevard Bistro will host a five-course wine pairing dinner featuring wines from Australia. --- The tentative courses and wine pairings are as follows:

Sweet spring pea soup with goat cheese crumbles and brioche croutons + Taltarni Tache Brut, 2010

Morel mushroom ravioli with sundried tomato sauce + Plantagenet Omrah Pinot Noir, 2011

Striped marlin with pearl cous cous, jumbo asparagus and citrus buerre blanc + Kilkanoon Mort's Block Dry Riesling, 2012

Oaty rhubarb streusel with gelato + Chambers Rosewood Muscat

Dinner begins at 7 PM and the cost is $65 per person for the food and wine pairings, tax and gratuity not included.

This looks like a good one. Reservations are required and can be made at www.boulevardbistrofoothill.com  or by calling 801-953-1270.
