It's called the Rosé Advocacy Dinner, and although the original dinner on August 18 sold out quickly, Pago has added a second night: August 19 at 6 p.m., to take place on the Pago patio.
The menu and pairings are as follows:

The Rosé Advocacy Dinner is $40 per person for food, $35 for the wine pairings, plus a 20% gratuity.
