What’s new on the blinky box tonight:

Newsreaders (Adult Swim) Series Debut: Another Childrens Hospital spin-off, Newsreaders satirizes the already-ridiculous “news” magazine format. ---It’s nearly as funny as NTSF:SD:SUV, and shorter (but no less self-important) than The Newsroom.

Anger Management (FX) 1-Hour Season Premiere: In addition to last year’s debut 10, FX has ordered 90 more episodes of Charlie Sheen’s Anger Management—either he or you will be long-dead before the series finale. On the upside, it seems Selma Blair will be wearing less and less as the show progresses/digresses.

Archer (FX) Season Premiere: Review in True TV (Item 1).

Legit (FX) Series Debut: Review in True TV (Item 2).

King of the Nerds (TBS) Series Debut: Review in True TV (Item 3).

Also new tonight:
Last Resort, Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal (ABC); The Big Bang Theory, Two & a Half Men, Person of Interest, Elementary (CBS); 30 Rock, Parks & Recreation, The Office, 1600 Penn, Rock Center With Brian Williams (NBC); American Idol (Fox); The Vampire Diaries, Beauty & The Beast (The CW); Haven (Syfy); Impact Wrestling (Spike); Buckwild (MTV); Totally Biased With W. Kamau Bell (FX); Suits (USA)
