What’s new on the tube this weekend:

Magic City (Starz, tonight) Series Debut: Following the sure-to-be-bloody-and-naked season finale of Spartacus: Vengeance, it’s a dumbed-down Boardwalk Empire, with more convertibles and bikinis, set in 1959 Miami—or, Magic City, if you will. ---What makes it a Starz series? Plenty of sex, nudity and violence. How is it unlike most Starz series? Magic City looks pricey—not HBO pricey, more like CSI: Miami pricey. Did I mention sex, nudity and violence?

Also new tonight:
Undercover Boss, CSI:NY, Blue Bloods (CBS); Who Do You Think You Are?, Grimm (NBC); Kitchen Nightmares, Fringe (Fox); Nikita, Supernatural (The CW); America’s Most Wanted (Lifetime); The Ultimate Fighter Live (FX); Merlin (Syfy); Fairly Legal, In Plain Sight (USA); Spartacus: Vengeance (Starz); Real Time With Bill Maher (HBO)

Kids Choice Awards (Nickelodeon, Saturday) Join the fun as host Will Smith … no, fuck that guy.

Also new Saturday:
Escape Routes, The Firm (NBC); Q Viva: The Chosen (Fox); Seattle Superstorm (Syfy); Must Love Cats, Too Cute! Pool Puppies (Animal Planet); Being Human, Graham Norton, Katy Brand’s Big-Ass Show (BBC America)

Game of Thrones (HBO, Sunday) Season 2 Premiere: Make damned sure you’re caught up on Season 1 (c’mon, you’ve had a whole year) before wading into “The North Remembers”: “Tyrion arrives in King’s Landing to counsel Joffrey; Stannis Baratheon plots an invasion to claim his late brother’s throne; Daenerys and her three dragons search for allies and water; Bran presides over a threadbare Winterfell.” Got all that? No? Season 1 now, dumbass!

The Killing (AMC, Sunday) Season 2 Premiere: So this is back … has there ever been a returning series with more negative buzz then The Killing? Nope, not even Two & a Half Men. Good luck winning everybody back, AMC.

Mad Men (AMC, Sunday) Come to Brewvies (677 S. 200 West; 21+) and watch Mad Men on the big screen at 8 p.m.—for free! Will there be a Big Moment to top last week’s “Zou Bisou Bisou”? Get to the bar and find out; presented by City Weekly, True TV, Epic Brewing and Brewvies Cinema Pub.

Shameless, House of Lies, Californication (Showtime, Sunday) Season Finales: Cliffhangers all around, just so you know—especially for Californication (which will be back for Season 6 next year, so maybe it’s not all that suspenseful).

Also new Sunday:
Once Upon a Time, Desperate Housewives, GCB (ABC); Academy of Country Music Awards (CBS); Celebrity Apprentice (NBC); The Cleveland Show, Bob’s Burgers, American Dad (Fox); Mythbusters, Frozen Planet (Discovery); Long Island Medium, Leave It to Niecy (TLC); Jo Koy: Lights Out (Comedy Central); Khloe & Lamar, Ice Loves Coco (E!); The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Shahs of Sunset (Bravo); Check It Out! With Dr. Steve Bruhl, Loiter Squad (Adult Swim); Breakout Kings (A&E)
