Food & Wine Features Utah Chefs

Yup, that's our own Viet Pham and Bowman Brown - owners/chefs of Forage restaurant - right on the cover of Food & Wine magazine. They are featured in the annual Best New Chefs issue. --- I, for one, am thrilled that national publications such as Food & Wine%uFFFDare beginning to realize that Utah dining is about much more than green Jell-O, funeral potatoes and fry sauce. Well done, boys!%uFFFD
